Hi, I’m Felicia - head baker, food artist, educator, and the heart behind Vintage Kitchen.

Vintage Kitchen isn’t a traditional bakery. There’s no display case or daily menu. Instead, it’s a place where celebrations are created - custom cakes for meaningful moments, thoughtfully curated catering for gatherings, and hands-on classes that invite people back into the kitchen with confidence and curiosity.

With over 15 years of experience, I’ve built Vintage Kitchen around more than recipes. It’s rooted in care, craftsmanship, and the belief that food should feel personal. Whether I’m designing a custom cake, assembling small-bite spreads, or teaching someone how to frost a cake for the very first time, the goal is always the same: to make people feel welcome, capable, and celebrated.

Behind the sugar and sparkle is a story of grit. I’ve overcome a difficult upbringing and navigated more than a few storms in adulthood to build this dream from the ground up. Every cake I create and every class I teach is a quiet victory - and a reminder that beauty can grow even in the harshest conditions.

Vintage Kitchen is, at its core, a community space. A judgment-free zone where all are welcome. It’s where birthdays, weddings, showers, and everyday wins begin - and where learning, laughter, and connection are just as important as the final product. We believe in second chances, showing up as you are, and celebrating life’s messy, magical moments.

Outside of the kitchen, I’m a homeschooling mom, lifelong pen pal, and lover of all things vintage and Celtic - especially when baking bread to the sound of fiddles and tin whistles. One day, I hope to open a bakery in Scotland where I can serve cake and tea with a side of Gaelic melodies. (Fun fact: I’m conversational in both Gaelic and Spanish!)
