🐰 Easter Basket Cake Class

Join us for a charming spring decorating class as we create this vintage-inspired Easter basket cake.
Each student will decorate a single-layer 8-inch cake featuring classic green basketweave piping, layered shell borders, buttercream strawberries, delicate blossoms, and an adorable bunny topper with carrot accent.
Cakes will be pre-baked, filled, and smoothly frosted so we can focus entirely on decorating techniques and building confidence with piping.
During class, you’ll learn:
• Classic basketweave technique
• Shell borders and consistent piping pressure
• Piping dimensional strawberries
• Creating simple floral accents
• Basic topper placement
All cakes are vanilla with vanilla mousse filling and will be boxed and ready to serve for Easter weekend.
Seating is limited to keep the class relaxed and hands-on.

We’ll focus on simple swaps, texture tricks, and flavor-balancing techniques that actually work for small children.
During class, you’ll learn how to:
• Reduce sugar in baking without sacrificing texture
• Add zucchini, carrot, and pumpkin invisibly into baked goods
• Create smoothies that hide greens but still taste sweet
• Build sneaky veggie sauces and meal bases picky eaters will accept
We’ll make and sample:
• Low-sugar chocolate zucchini muffins
• A customizable “green but sweet” smoothie formula
• A veggie-forward spaghetti sauce
Each guest will leave with recipe guides, a low-sugar swap chart, and practical strategies you can start using immediately.

If you’ve ever struggled with crumbly pie crust, dense bread, or gummy gluten-free dough, this masterclass is for you.
Join us for a hands-on workshop where we’ll tackle four foundational gluten-free bakes and learn the techniques that make them successful. This class focuses on structure, hydration, and texture so you can bake confidently at home.
During class, you’ll learn how to make:
• Buttery, flaky gluten-free pie crust
• Bakery-style cookie dough with proper hydration and structure
• Soft, tender cinnamon rolls
• Gluten-free sandwich bread with balanced crumb and rise
We’ll cover flour blends, binders, shaping techniques, and how to avoid dry or dense results.
Students will leave with baked samples, a mini pie shell, and printed recipe packets to recreate everything at home.

🧚 Fairy Garden Kids Class

Ages 5+ | Under 5 Requires Parent Assistance
Step into a tiny world of magic and creativity at our Fairy Garden Kids Class.
During this whimsical afternoon, children will decorate two pastel fairy-themed cupcakes and build their very own miniature fairy garden to take home. We’ll use soft buttercream colors, edible sparkle, simple piping techniques, and sweet fairy details to create something truly special.
After decorating, each child will design a mini fairy garden using soil, moss, pebbles, and charming fairy accessories. Every garden becomes a unique little world filled with imagination.
We’ll finish with a light fairy snack and a special take-home surprise.
Each child leaves with:
• 2 decorated cupcakes (boxed)
• A completed fairy garden planter
• A fairy certificate of magic
Children under 5 are welcome with required parent assistance.
Seating is reserved for registered students only. Parents are welcome to sign children in for drop-off or stay and stand to observe during class.
