Learn the secrets to gluten-free baking in this 4-part series, designed to help you master everything from cookies to soft, fluffy bread! Each class builds on the last, introducing techniques and recipes that will make gluten-free baking easy and delicious. You will take home recipes and samples of everything we make in each class!

Part 1: 4/3/25 at 5-6pm. The Village Mall

Start with simple, foolproof recipes while learning the basics of gluten-free flours, binders, and texture adjustments. We’ll cover how to swap wheat flour for GF alternatives without sacrificing flavor or texture.
