Apple Orchard Mini Pie Workshop - 9/6
Celebrate the cozy flavors of fall with an afternoon of pie-making at Vintage Kitchen!
In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to make an all-butter pie crust from scratch before creating four different mini apple pies to take home and bake fresh in your own oven. Each pie highlights a classic fall flavor and teaches a different decorating technique, making this class perfect for beginners and seasoned home bakers alike.
During class, you'll create:

Sourdough Basics with Joelle 9/17
Have you always wanted to learn the art of sourdough but weren't sure where to start? Join us for an evening of hands-on baking as Joelle from Smalltown Sourdough guides you through the fundamentals of creating beautiful artisan bread at home.
Designed specifically for beginners, this class will walk you through every step of the sourdough process, from mixing and developing dough to shaping, scoring, and understanding fermentation. You'll gain the knowledge and confidence to continue baking long after class ends.

Autumn High Tea: A Cottage Kitchen Workshop

Welcome the beginning of autumn with an afternoon of baking, tea, and cozy cottage flavors at Vintage Kitchen Studio.
In this hands-on high tea workshop, we’ll create a beautiful seasonal spread together while learning the techniques behind some of our favorite afternoon tea treats.
Our autumn menu will include:
• Apple & cheddar tea sandwiches with honey mustard
• Classic cream scones served with apple butter & whipped maple butter
• Chocolate-dipped stuffed dates
• Petite afternoon tea spice cakes
• A selection of hot teas
Come ready to bake, sip tea, and spend a lovely early-autumn afternoon in the kitchen. No experience necessary, just bring your appetite and your love for all things cozy.
